Hydraulic Outside Sales Manager

Set up new distributors and OEM customers, promoting growth
Design and apply Heat Exchangers to customer requirements
Provide Distributor Training
Develop a sales plan with after sales service
Use communication, both verbal and written skills, to network with customers to
identify sales opportunities
Must be willing to extensively travel (30%-50%) across the US and Western Canada.
Possible other International travel, as neededQUALIFICATIONS:
BS in Engineering, Sales or Related field
Technical degree (2yr) and Fluid Power Certification, or the ability to obtain CFPHS within a year of employment
Experience with Heat Exchangers desired
Working knowledge and experience with Industrial and Mobile hydraulic systems and schematics Must have experience to read and understand Hydraulic Circuitry
Must have general knowledge of Hydraulic Components
Knowledge of Engines and Engine Cooling Systems is Desired
A record of successful sales achievements
Valid Driver's License
