Compensation:

$24 - $32 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Attention to detail, making sure the property is always looking like a million dollars If it's not up to our standards, be able to make it get there, or present problems/ ideas.
  • Drive a truck & 20' Trailer Safely and efficiently.
  • Connect a trailer up correctly, and make sure it's in working order.
  • Complete scheduled clients with the highest quality possible
  • Time management.
  • Manage a crew of 1-3 team members. 
  • Complete basic mechanical maintenance to Equipment. 
  • Provide customer service to clients and neighbors. 
  • Operate zero-turn mowers while striping lawns and not Damaging property.
  • Pass Herbicide certification. 
  • Able to run a cleanup crew for spring and fall cleanups.
  • Snow plowing experience is an added bonus.
Qualifications:
  • Have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Have a can-do attitude.
  • Positive role model to your team.
  • Positive customer service skills.
  • Have or be willing to get a DOT medical card.
  • Pass the Pesticide & Insecticide applicators test to be able to assist with applications.
