Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the installation of new HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipes, and equipment.
  • Listening to and learning from the lead installer, following instructions, and asking questions as needed to gain understanding and experience.
  • Helping to prepare the worksite by gathering necessary tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Assisting with lifting, carrying, and positioning HVAC components and equipment.
  • Assisting with the assembly, installation, and connection of HVAC components according to specifications and building codes.
  • Cleaning and organizing the truck or shop to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the lead installer or supervisor.

Job requirements

  • 1+ years of experienceas a ResidentialHVAC Installer -Preferred
  • Possession of EPA certification for handling refrigerants -Preferred
  • Upbeat & 'go-getter' personality, and willing to learn/grow in the HVAC industry.
  • All visible tattoos must adhere to standards of good taste (no profanity, nudity, gang-related imagery, or violence)
  • Professional conduct with no swearing.
  • Ability to generate 5-star reviews from customers
  • Valid drivers license & clean driving record
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
