Momar is looking for a Business Operations Intern


Momar, Inc., a privately owned specialty chemical manufacturing company based in Atlanta, GA, is currently seeking a Business Operations Intern to join our Momar family. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Business Operations Intern is responsible for providing support for the day-to-day activities to the Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing teams.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Email invoices according to the notes provided on the sales invoice.
  • Maintain and update customer master information as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales orders into the ERP System, NAV.
  • Assist with the coordination of promotional fulfillment projects for the Marketing Department.
  • Provide operations support to the operations manager, operations supervisor, and Aquatrol team.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects assigned by management to assist the Customer Service and Marketing teams.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.


Education and Experience:

  • Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to routinely lift and/or move 10 lbs. unassisted.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle/feel items, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
