As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of business strategy & operations projects, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure all project goals are on track and improve existing processes for the Service Partnerships team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple Business Operations and/or Strategy projects simultaneously as well as delivering on these projects on time.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate cross functional teams in business strategy & operations projects
  • Develop project plans end-to-end, building roadmaps, and driving company-wide deliverables on a timeline
  • Monitor project progress through metrics, using data analytics to execute operational improvements
  • Present business insights cross-functionally across internal teams to improve efficacy in business strategy projects


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-8+ years of experience in project management, focusing on business operations and implementation
  • Working experience in Business Operations and/or Cross-Functional Project Management
  • Prior experience in the SaaS or fintech industry preferred
