A dynamic and rapidly growing Tech Rental company is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager is essential for ensuring that projects are completed seamlessly and on time. The Project Manager will work closely with team members, vendors, and clients to drive projects to successful completion. This role is a full time position and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Coordination:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and risk assessments.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in creating and managing project budgets.
  • Highly tech-savvy with an ability to identify and quickly master new software systems and automations
