What does a Clinical Assistant ( RN ) do?

As a Full Time Clinical Assistant (RN) at Minnesota Urology P.A., you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate, basic care to our patients. You will assist providers with procedures and tests. Your responsibilities will also include providing patient education and teaching, allowing for effective communication with our patients and fostering trust.

By receiving, recording, and responding to patient calls, you will maintain an organized flow of information, enhancing the overall patient experience. Are you the Clinical Assistant ( RN ) we're looking for?

To excel as a Full Time Clinical Assistant (RN) at Minnesota Urology P.A., candidates must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) License and bring a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for those who've specialized in urology. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as you will encounter various patient scenarios that require quick analytical thinking and effective triage. Verbal and written communication skills are critical; you will be responsible for conveying vital information to patients and collaborating with the clinical services team. A customer-centric attitude is necessary to ensure that patients feel supported and heard throughout their healthcare journey.
