We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our Cardiac Renal unit.
This role is structured as a 0.6 Full-Time Equivalent (5 shifts per pay period), featuring 8-hour shifts during Day/Evening hours, with a commitment to work every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
In alignment with the Minnesota Visiting Nurse Agency's Patient and Family Centered Care philosophy, and under general oversight, the registered nurse will:
- Safeguard, enhance, and maximize patient health
- Prevent health issues and injuries
- Relieve discomfort through effective management of patient responses
- Collaborate with patients, their families, and significant others
- Document nursing interventions and create personalized care plans
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited nursing program
Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license issued by the State of Minnesota
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in a relevant clinical specialty
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Pursuing further academic qualifications will be discussed as part of individual professional growth during annual performance evaluations.
