We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at the Minnesota Visiting Nurse Agency. As a Staff Nurse - PACU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
Key Responsibilities- Protect and promote the health and well-being of patients by providing individualized care and treatment.
- Prevent and alleviate suffering through the treatment of human responses to illness and injury.
- Partner with patients, families, and significant others to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Document interventions and develop individualized plans of care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
- 1 year of current Adult ICU or PACU experience.
- ACLS certification required.
- PALS certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
- 1-2 years of ICU, ED, or PACU experience.
- Certification in area of clinical specialty.
- BSN degree preferred.
This is a casual position, requiring flexibility and availability to work a minimum of two (2) open 8-hour shifts per four-week scheduling period, including weekends and holidays.
