Sales & Marketing Revenue Analyst

W2 Contract 9 Months, Possible Convert to FTE

Revenue Marketing is the data and insights arm of our marketing organization. Our tight-knit team works with many functions including marketing, sales (WWFO or Worldwide Field Operations), product, sales operations, engineering, finance, and data scientists. We run projects and programs that generate revenue and are integral to our go-to-market strategy. Our scope and team is growing as we work to implement AI and expands into new markets.


What youll be doing:

  • Construct, manage, and implement business processes working with technical and business stakeholders to achieve business outcomes for our Worldwide Field Organization (WWFO).
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to provide data-driven recommendations for lead and campaign management
  • Work with WWFO and marketing software tool owners to implement system changes and build operational workflows for new product or campaign launches.
  • Create executive-level reports and dashboards for stakeholders on a quarterly and adhoc basis
  • Work with sales and marketing stakeholders to optimize inbound campaigns operations including creating process for enterprise marketing, setting SLAs, A/B testing sequences, and improving success of WWFO follow-up.
  • Create outbound campaigns for the inside sales teams to implement globally into existing contact base tied to revenue metrics.
  • Build process for WWFO follow-up for campaign and product launches and activities
  • Onboard WWFO team members globally to our operations tools and processes
  • Onboard Enterprise Marketing teams to WWFO organization and processes.
  • Strategize programs or projects that have potential to increase revenue for the WWFO teams and use AI in our workflows.


What we need to see :

  • 5+ Years of experience managing enterprise B2B sales & revenue operations programs
  • BS or BA in Business, Economics, Business Operations, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to interpret and draw business insights from data
  • Strong experience with Tableau, Excel and Salesforce Reports
  • Critically think through solving operational problems
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and data visualization skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing business directive, team-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams.


Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Marketo
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing software tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • You are an excellent storyteller and able to communicate your findings with clarity and precision, whether through writing or visualizations
