Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test electrical components and systems for advanced prosthetic devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and software components.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and interns in electrical engineering practices.
  • Conduct research and implement innovative solutions for power management, signal processing, and electromechanical integration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering problems.
  • Document design processes, analysis, and testing procedures.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in prosthetics or wearable technology.
  • Knowledge of battery technology and power management for portable devices.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in medical devices or roboticss
  • Strong proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, and electrical system integration.
  • Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and wireless communication technologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards for medical devices, such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
