HireLevel is looking for an Inside Sales Consultant. The product we sell is human resource solutions to small and mid-sized companies. No previous sales experience? Don't worry, we offer extensive, hands-on training. If you enjoy working in technology, have a competitive drive, value a great conversation and are eager to learn something new, this position is for you.

A day in the life as a Sales Consultant:

Each day at HireLevel will be different but the focus will remain the same, hitting goals and closing deals. We will work to get you quickly up to speed on the products and services we offer and start right away with hitting the phones and connecting with potential clients. Your conversations with the customers will help zero in on their company pain points and focus on how HireLevel can ease some of the burden.

At HireLevel, there isn't a "one size fits all" solution, and that's okay You'll be supported by co-workers who are ready to jump in and help find the best solution for our customers' needs. We work together to make sure you are comfortable providing the information needed to win the deal

What you need to be qualified for this job?

To be qualified for this job, you must consider yourself a "techy-person" with a competitive drive and eagerness to sell. You'll be working in our CRM, focusing on managing sales sequences and ensuring client communication is running smoothly. We know that this platform, and our services, will be new to you, so willingness to learn and comprehend training is necessary. And of course, you can't be scared to pick up the phone. While we do meet face to face with clients, you must also be comfortable with smiling and dialing. That's how you get the meetings after all
