Do you want to get paid to go to the State Fair? Sign up to be a Nordic Ware State Fair Sales Associate Have fun at the fair, while also supporting Nordic Ware Enjoy free parking and tickets for the MN state fair on the days you work, and flexible hours to get the most out of your free time.

What you will get to do:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling credit and electronic payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the state fair booth's dress code and customer service standards

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Basic computer skills are required, and basic register skills are preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Excellent attendance and timeliness are required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, Monday-Friday. Willingness to work on Saturdays or Sundays preferred.
  • Experience in cooking and baking is preferred
  • A willingness to learn about products, details, and functions
