  • Through field, client and supplier interaction develop a deep understanding of the Home Accessibility market current state and developing trends
  • Leverage market knowledge to develop product mix, lifecycle and introduction strategies
  • Leverage marketing and sales information to develop market facing campaigns across digital, web and CHAC sales channels
  • Develop content in digital and print as appropriate to support campaigns, drive lead generation and enable CHACs to close more deals
  • Maintain online sales channels with product and pricing information
  • Support field as needed with local promotions
  • Develop relationships with suppliers understanding product development pipelines, new opportunities and coordinating product training for our sales and technical teams.
  • Drive lead generation through campaigns, digital marketing and suppliers
  • Collaborate with BDC to ensure an effective lead follow up process is in place and successfully executed.
  • Leverage technology to develop options for automated lead response and client appointment setting
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on product sales, lead generation, lead conversion rates and ROI of campaigns
