Outline of the Role:
The scope of work includes conducting in-depth business and systems analyses that clearly outline functional and technical requirements in partnership with Product Manager, through discovery, impact assessment, implementation, testing, go live and hyper care. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain concepts, processes; and systems to identify risks, issues and supporting the resolution of them. They will also support business process mapping and working with external vendors providing platform services, to ensure that the inbound logistics operations teams' needs are being met. In this role, it is critical to have a background in supply chain systems implementation, preferably with experience in Transpiration Management Systems (TMS).


You demonstrate leadership by supporting the growth and development of your team as a whole and individually. Goal setting is as integral to lululemon as yoga, and you facilitate your team's participation in our Vision & Goals program. This is not about your performance. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Business and functional requirement gathering for medium to large complex scope; compiling needs from multiple stakeholders into a single set of prioritized requirements.
Identify business processes, document their workflow in process maps that reflect the relationship between the operating model and the technology platforms, and identify roles within these processes.
Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges and assist in aligning overall scope
Include dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements.
Engages with System Provider and Technology teams to design/configure solutions.
Utilize or develop artifacts such as business requirements documentation, JIRA, and Confluence to facilitate requirements alignment sessions, develop test scripts, and document requirements.
Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and roadmaps to have a comprehensive understanding of the current state and ideal future state.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and drive to alignment with business partners within constraints of the project or work.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:
5+ years as Systems or Business Analyst; 5+ years in IT; Experience in a retail or manufacturing environment is preferred.
3+ years of demonstrated work experience in Supply Chain functions.
In-depth subject matter expertise in integrated Supply Chain System platforms
Thorough knowledge of business processes within large-scale organizations such as shipment tracking and transportation management
Experience providing requirements and mapping business processes for medium to large complex initiatives.
Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Additional Manager Comments:
