This role is designed for someone with a customer-facing background who is eager to develop their skills in a niche industry. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a drive to succeed, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop a deep understanding of products and services for both architectural and sports venue projects.
  • Identify and generate new leads through relationship-building with architects, interior designers, facility managers, and advertising companies.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Shadow senior sales staff to learn the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Participate in a two-year training program designed to develop your sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Contribute to team sales targets and individual performance goals.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree preferred; relevant work experience considered.
  • Minimum of 5 yearsof customer-facing experience, ideally in retail or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious, aggressive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
