Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their individual insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Sales Generation: Actively work to generate new leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of client policies and ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and a cohesive approach to sales and service.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License Required
Life & Health required within 90 days.
Licensing assistance and tuition reimbursement. Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients. Self-Motivated: Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy information and client documentation. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions and representation of the agency.
