Job Summary: The Vice President of Parts Business is a key executive team member responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the company's parts business. This role combines the operational execution of the warehouse and parts shipping along with a strong focus on external partnerships, market development, and customer engagement. The VP will serve as champion for the Parts business across the organization and must be able capable of with multiple departments. The VP of Parts Business will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, increasing market share, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Implement advanced inventory control systems and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of executive leadership.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics, and market research tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Steady travel of 40%-50% of time (The first 6-9 months may be higher).
