OUR SCHEDULE:
  • Monday through Friday: 9 to 5pm
  • Saturday: Overtime if preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess project scope and requirements.
  • Provide accurate and detailed project estimates, considering materials, labor, and timelines.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Perform various remodeling tasks, including trim carpentry, tile laying, plumbing, electrical, door hanging, and drywall installation.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven experience in remodeling with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Demonstrated management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proficient in estimating and budgeting for remodeling projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements.
