- Perform various remodeling tasks, including trim carpentry, tile laying, plumbing, electrical, door hanging, and drywall installation.
- Proven experience in remodeling with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Demonstrated management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficient in estimating and budgeting for remodeling projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements.
