JOB DUTIES:
  • Perform initial sorts on supplied parts that may be non-conforming
  • Pass information to commodity supplier quality engineer for further resolution with suppliers
  • Support factory with troubleshooting, containment process, corrective action
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action on supplied parts
  • Attend Final Product Audit Review and follow up on supplied component findings
  • Lead Corrective Action on items found in Audit Disposition
  • Attend daily Non-Conforming review and report status update on quality issues
REQUIRED:
  • Demonstrated Skills in Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action (8D)
  • Understanding of Mistake Proofing Techniques
  • Understanding of Inspection methods and Control Plans
  • Shop floor experience in a manufacturing environment
PREFERRED:
  • 4 year Engineering degree
  • Farming/Ag background, manufacturing/technician experience, or mechanical knowledge
