Job Summary

Yellow Brick Road Child Care I is seeking a dedicated and caring Childcare Educator to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality childcare and education to children aged infant to pre-kindergarten.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency.
