POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the CNA/Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting all daily activities associated with staffing. This includes agency relations, scheduling, performance tracking, and process management.

Job Responsibilities: .

· Attends and participates in training, educational activities, and staff meetings.

· Fills in as CNA or other nursing position for which qualified as needed.

· Staffing is responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting all daily activities associated with staffing needs.

· Agency relations, scheduling, performance tracking, and process management.

· Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Current or previous staffing experience in Healthcare or Hospitality related field

2. Current Texas CMA/CNA certification.

3. Exceptional time management, organization, written and verbal communication skills

4. Strong commitment to service excellence

5. Physical and Sensory Requirements (with or without the aid of mechanical devices)
