Responsible for the following:
- Make calls using scripts provided to the following below: a. Warm Calling – follow up calls b. X Dates Calls c. Scheduling annual reviews d. Setting Appointments as directed e. Confirming Appointments
- Sending emails through Mail Chip: a. Thank you Emails b. We Want You Back Emails c. X Date Emails d. Direct Marketing emails
- Tools Used: a. Database Reports b. Call Request c. ELP List d. Hit List e. Referrals
- Confirms all appointments one day in advance. These are great warm-up calls to begin a productive appointment setting day.
- Records all appointments in Outlook for the prospective CSR, Account MGR or Account Executive
- Notes all calls in Agency Advantage and on agency contact tracking sheet.
