An Events Assistant at Brand Avenue is an integral part of our team responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This role involves assisting in all aspects of event management to ensure seamless and successful experiences for our clients and attendees.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Assist in creating event timelines, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
  • Assist in managing event communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus.
