A Marketing Assistant at Brand Avenue plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks to ensure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position is ideal for a highly organized and creative individual looking to start or advance their career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and support events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas and strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role is a plus but not required.
