Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Inventory Management: Source and procure high-quality parts from approved suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Parts Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage reorder levels, and ensure our CMMS parts catalog system is up-to-date.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for facility vendors and external contractors, managing relationships and scheduling repairs or maintenance as needed.
  • Maintenance Support: Partner with maintenance technicians to ensure parts and resources are available for preventive maintenance and other projects.
  • Facility System Audits: Conduct routine facility and grounds audits, testing, and inspections to ensure optimal operation and compliance with industry standards.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Organize department files, maintain records, and provide key insights for maintenance leadership review.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: At least five years in a repair and maintenance role and two years in parts coordination.
  • Technical Know-How: Experience with CMMS systems and good mechanical aptitude.
  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving: A strong ability to work as part of a team, communicate clearly, and recommend improvements to enhance operations.
  • Commitment to Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GMPs, HACCP, and other safety and food handling policies.
