The ideal candidate will be charismatic, customer service-centered, and energetic. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to grow and work in a fast-paced, expanding entrepreneurial organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from users.
  • Ask appropriate questions to understand the user's problem and log a ticket in our ticketing system.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for Windows and Mac operating systems, including Microsoft 365 products.
  • Provide remote technical support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct thorough system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to identify root causes and prevent future issues.
  • Assist with email issues and password resets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical solutions, and configurations for future reference.
  • Train Tier 1 IT Technicians.

Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a Help Desk environment.
  • Strong expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting various hardware and software solutions.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows & macOS), networking protocols, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Experience working at a Managed Services Provider is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
