Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data analysis and data warehousing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Manage cross-functional teams of data analysts, data engineers, and software developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive the design and implementation of data warehouse solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, inetgrations and performance optimization.
  • Oversee the development of data analytics solutions, including the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Communicate project status, key milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in the data analysis or data warehousing domain.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in data analysis, data warehousing, integration development and related technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL, dimensional modeling).
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and track progress against milestones.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities
