Austin, Texas, United States Fox Robotics Full time

Fox Robotics is at the bleeding edge of warehouse automation, with a focus on autonomous forklifts. As the leader in this space, Fox has clear product market fit and is scaling fast, with plans to double from ~100 employees to 160+ this year alone. With this growth, employees have a once-in-a-career opportunity to learn, all while working as part of a mission-driven team focused on making robots that work.

What you'll do:

  • Work directly with customers to understand and manage expectations and fulfill all program commitments.
  • Anticipate obstacles and mitigate risks to ensure the team completes program milestones on schedule, and in alignment with expectations (including contractual agreements, financial targets).
  • Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, engineering teams, customer success)
  • Deliver strong and effective cross functional team and executive level communication to ensure customer satisfaction and internal (Fox) stakeholder alignment and buy in
  • Hold the teams accountable for accomplishing key contractual milestones, encouraging communication and collaboration, and resolving conflict
  • Attend technical sales calls and visit customer sites to understand customer use cases
  • Manage complex interdependencies and resources

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, etc.)
  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience deploying and delivering complex solutions
  • Project Management experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with large scale, multi-regional programs and geographically distributed teams
  • Ability to manage conflict and to find innovative ways to solve complex problems with limited oversight; anticipate obstacles and plans for contingencies
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership/program sponsors
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including executive and customer leadership

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Technical background in robotics, AI/ML, software development, or automation
  • Familiarity with AGVs, AMRs, warehousing, and logistics
  • Previously working for a robotics startup

Benefits and perks:

  • A once in a career opportunity to build, alongside colleagues who deeply care (plus robots that aren't bad, either)
  • Competitive salary and stock options
  • Generous healthcare options
  • 401k match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Other perks that connect us, including lunch on Fridays, team building activities, and more
More About Fox Robotics We make robots that work.

We envision a world where robots serve as a human multiplier for dull and dangerous work. The warehousing industry sees more than 52,000 cases of injuries every year in the US. Our first product is an automated trailer unloader (forklift) that quickly demonstrates measurable value to our customers by both improving efficiency while also increasing safety.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
