Job Overview:
As a Technical Integration Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the integration of data and IT environments from newly acquired agencies into our existing framework. This remote role requires a deep technical understanding of data migration processes and a strategic mindset to oversee the seamless transition of various IT systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire data migration process, including databases, emails, servers, phone systems, websites, and domain retirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Alkeme and external vendors, ensuring all aspects of the migration process are coordinated effectively.
  • Facilitate the successful migration of all data into our company’s O365 cloud environment, while adhering to strict timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor the migration process, identify and resolve any issues, and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain project integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align IT integration with business operational needs.
  • Develop and execute detailed migration plans and schedules to minimize disruption to business activities.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing data migration projects, with a strong focus on various IT systems including databases, emails, and servers.
