SECTION: JOB DESCRIPTION

SECTION NO: PLAYER SERVICES

SUBJECT: SHIFT SUPERVISOR

REPORTS TO: PLAYER SERVICES SHIFT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To ensure cashiers and bankers are following all procedures that are established within the department.
  2. To handle supervisory responsibilities in the absence or indisposition of the Player Services Shift Manager.
  3. Monitoring key logs for accuracy.
  4. Reporting equipment in case of any malfunctions.
  5. Assist cashiers with even exchanges.
  6. Audit banks as necessary or when designated to do so by management.
  7. Correct errors on even exchange paperwork, inform the cashier of the change.
  8. Must be capable of operating all cashier/banker locations.
  9. Process variances through the main bank.
  10. Asset Protection.
  11. Performs other job duties and functions as assigned.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Mississippi Gaming License REQUIRED.

EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED:

High School Graduate or equivalent. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer experience with Windows, Word and Excel.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:

The following activities are normally required to perform these functions: stand, walk, bend, reach, read, write, eye to hand coordination, depth perception, effective verbal communication, strong math skills, excellent organizational skills.
