AVERAGE DAY AS AN ELECTRICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - DISPATCHER

This position typically works from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday and has a 30-minute lunch.

As the friendly voice behind the phone, you'll be the first point of contact, engaging with customers and scheduling appointments with a warm greeting. But that's not all - you'll also collaborate with our skilled field technicians to ensure smooth dispatching and coordination of services. Handling a variety of service coordination tasks, from following up on unsold estimates to conducting "happy" calls for that extra touch of customer satisfaction, your organizational skills will shine as you maintain appointments and schedule work completion. And yes, we did say payment collection through phone calls - so you'll need to have those administrative skills up your sleeve too.
