Job Title: Production Operator / Warehouse Logistics Department: Production

FLSA: Non-exempt Status: Full Time

Reports to: Operations Manager

Customary Days: Schedule varies

Customary Hours: 40 hours per week; hours may be extended when workload is increased.

Position Summary

Our production employees are part of a rotating position within the production plant. Primary responsibility is running the production equipment. Secondary responsibility of this role is warehouse logistics, receiving, and shipping incoming and outgoing freight.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain preset production goals.
  • Process incoming/outgoing orders paperwork.
  • Receive/Load incoming and outgoing freight.
  • Process Outbound Freight Paperwork
  • Assist with general plant maintenance.
  • Operate forklift to load and store pallets.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Mechanically inclined.

  • Language Skills:

    • Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
