Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Content Marketer with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and driving engagement across multiple platforms. This role involves managing content strategy, creation, and distribution to enhance our brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • ️ Content Strategy Development: Design and implement content strategies that align with our business goals and target audience needs.

  • Editorial Calendar Management: Develop and oversee an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms.

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, newsletters, social media posts, and case studies.

  • Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.

  • SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines, driving organic traffic and improving rankings.

  • Content Distribution: Manage the distribution of content across various channels, including email, social media, and the company website, to maximize reach and impact.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.

  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content development.

  • Content Library Management: Maintain an organized content library and ensure all content is accessible and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, content creation, and editorial management.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and persuasive content.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform content strategy and measure performance.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills to work effectively across teams.

  • Flexibility to attend meetings held between 6:00pm-9:00pm Pacific Time due to distributed team members.
