Job Description:
Are you a dynamic, motivated individual with a knack for engaging with customers and a passion for social media? We are looking for a Business Development Agent who will play a pivotal role in driving our dealership’s growth and enhancing our customer interactions. This position offers the potential to transition into a sales role, providing a clear path for career advancement within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement: Craft and post engaging Facebook content centered around dealership activities including sales, service, special events, and other business-related updates. Achieve engagement targets set by management.
Client Interaction: Initiate and follow through on appointments for the Buyer or Sales Department, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication for effective client or prospect interactions.Customer Satisfaction Follow-Up: Ensure high customer satisfaction by following up with clients who have purchased a car, addressing any complaints or concerns they may have before they receive the survey from the manufacturer, and working to improve CSI scores. Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using Facebook and other social media platforms.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
Prior experience in a dealership or sales environment is a plus but not required.
