We are currently seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with policy inquiries, claim processing, pivoting to other insurance products we offer, and addressing any concerns they may have. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring that their insurance needs are met with efficiency and care. This job will be part-time 5 days a week anywhere from 20-25 hrs per week.

Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide personalized assistance to clients regarding policy inquiries, claims processing, and account maintenance.

Customer Communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, or in-person to address their insurance-related needs and concerns.

Policy Management: Update client policies, process endorsements, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Client Education: Educate clients on insurance coverage options, policy details, and available services.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery and foster a positive work environment.


Requirements

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail when processing policy changes and assisting clients.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work alongside colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is a plus.

Professionalism: Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to uphold the agency's high service standards.
