JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Remodeling Consultant, you'll spearhead our sales efforts, specializing in roofing, gutters, windows, and roof repairs. This entry-level role is perfect for those passionate about the roofing industry, eager to ascend to new heights (literally), and keen to advance their career in a dynamic setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comfortable with heights and climbing roofs
  • Generate leads through personal marketing efforts and collaboration with our marketing team
  • Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, gutters, and windows, accurately assessing damages
  • Assist customers in material selection, ensuring informed decisions for their roofing projects
  • Manage payment collection and conduct post-project walk-arounds to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups
  • Complete mandatory training and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with customers and teams
  • Proficiency in computer use for reporting and data management
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits
  • Comfortable with heights and physically capable of climbing steep roofs
  • Sales experience preferred

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

  • Mandatory 2-week classroom training, including assessments in industry-related programs
