- Review client charts for reports for adherence
- Address low adherence calling or texting clients daily
- Schedule Service Tickets and deactivations as needed
- Maintain RPM patient information in company software systems
- Report client deactivation needs, hospitalizations, vacations, and repeated low adherence
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Proven ability to deliver unparalleled customer service
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively maneuver internet-based productivity/email tools, Microsoft Office and Google suite applications
- Ability to multi-task across multiple platforms with demonstrated time management and the ability to consistently meet critical deadlines
- Fluent in Spanish and English
