The specialist will be responsible for managing and liaising with several established commercial client accounts, all situated within a convenient distance from their residence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Perform diagnostics and regular maintenance checks.
  • Ensure project execution is timely and adheres to budget constraints.
  • Manage relationships with multiple established commercial accounts.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff members.
  • Engage with clients to deliver customized HVAC solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Familiarity with servicing large tonnage units and various HVAC brands is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications such as EPA Universal, NATE, and OSHA are preferred.
  • Demonstrated technical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints and technical documentation.
