We are looking for a G-Invoicing Training Coordinator to join our team to support the implementation of a broad-based strategy for improving the data management and data handling capabilities of US Army. G-Invoicing is the long-term solution for trading partners to manage their Intragovernmental (IGT) Buy/Sell transactions. In this position, the G-Invoicing Training Coordinator will:

  • Assist Army Finance Schoolhouse, SSO, and PD GFEBS with the development of a training curriculum and training materials
  • Develop and deliver any supplemental training materials deemed necessary by the government client
  • Assist the Change Management lead on the G-Invoicing Project Team with the tracking and monitoring of training completion as G-Invoicing is implemented
  • Attend weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly working groups held by Army, OSD, & UST to monitor upcoming changes and information
  • Assist with the drafting and publishing of G-Invoicing related policies as it relates to training

At a minimum you should have:

  • SECRET security clearance.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Army Reimbursable process
  • Familiarity and experience working in Army GFEBS, LMP, and/or GCSS-A
  • The ability to communicate formally and informally with government functional and technical stakeholders as well as impacted user communities
  • Strong written communication skills

You will be highly desirable if you have:

  • Experience with G-Invoicing
  • Experience delivering training for any Army ERP
  • Experience working Army Intragovernmental Transactions
  • Experience with IPAC
