Responsibilities
Process Policy Changes: Handle and process policy change requests from commercial clients accurately and in a timely manner.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial clients, addressing their inquiries and assisting with their insurance-related needs.
Document Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, ensuring that all necessary documents are complete and properly stored.
Administrative Support: Assist the Commercial Lines team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating reports.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy in data entry and document management.
Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
