As a Lead Delivery Specialist for Turf Distributors, you will be on the front lines working directly with our customers and members of the community It will be your job to exceed customer expectations and make sure all orders, large or small, are scheduled to be delivered on time at the right place with outstanding customer service. The Lead Delivery Specialist will assist the Logistics Manager in surprising the drivers and maintaining records and maintenance scheduling of the vehicles. Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of logistics experience operating a 26' truck and utilizing basic hand tools
  • Minimum of two years supervising drivers and logistics time management 
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of operation. Candidate’s driving record must be clear for the past three years to obtain company issued vehicle liability coverage.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. without assistance, and 100 lbs. with assistance
  • Able to work occasional Saturdays and overtime when applicable with sufficient notice
Compensation package includes:
  • $25.00/hourly
  • Benefits:  Medical/Dental/Vision
  • 401K
  • 80 hours PTO accrued yearly
  • Paid company reserved holidays
  • Company issued apparel  

Monday-Friday, 4AM-12:30PM.
