Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Mitigation Specialist to join our team at D & E Restoration. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality water mitigation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to industry specifications.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
Requirements
  • Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and ability to pass a clean criminal background check.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime as needed.
