In this role, you will ensure our clients receive the top-notch service they deserve while facilitating smooth communication between clients and our internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities and Expectations (including but not limited to):

- Submit CAD designs through Salesforce and assist in project management.

- Engage with customers to gather vital information on new and existing projects.

- Coordinate returns and exchanges with our operations team.

- Manage incoming website chats and provide prompt assistance.

- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.

- Forward emails and phone calls to the appropriate territory representative.

- Achieve a high level of product knowledge within 6 months.

- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and seek assistance when necessary.

- Meet CAD design metrics and minimize errors.

- Track customer service credits issued monthly.

- Maintain efficient response times to customer inquiries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service.

- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

- Proficiency in basic math.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Experience in making outbound calls to gather key customer information.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and platforms.

- Experience working effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

- Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite.

- 3+ years of experience working closely with a sales team.

Education:

- High School Diploma/GED required.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Location:

-Denver Metro Area with the ability to work on-site for training and scheduled office days.
