Join River City's Roofing Division team We offer a competitive salary-based pay structure with added incentives based on net profit splits for qualified jobs. As a Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in lead generation, sales closure, and ensuring successful roofing project completions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office presence for sales activities and team collaboration.

  • Actively engage in lead generation with the canvassing team at least twice weekly.

  • Participate in regular one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions with managers.

  • Submit a minimum of one repair/replacement project per week with all necessary documentation.

  • Attend River City-provided trainings for skill and knowledge enhancement. Qualified Candidates:

  • Conduct thorough inspections, provide photo reports, and prepare accurate estimates.

  • Obtain signed contracts from property owners and secure approval for scope and cost of work, including insurance claims.

  • Collect necessary payments (front-end checks or ACV insurance checks) and submit required documentation.

  • Oversee job completion, collect final payments, and maintain comprehensive job files.

  • Ability to commute to the office or relocate to the area is necessary. Additional Information:
