Commercial Waterproofing Division

The division currently generates $20m annual revenue and is also expanding aggressively to surpass $1bn revenue in the next 10 years.

They have a highly experienced team of waterproofing experts and offer 4 main solutions which include; Caulking, Liquid Applied, Roof Coatings, and Concrete Restoration.

Your Role

  • Take ownership of the branch and lead it as your own business
  • Implement long-term strategies to develop and expand the region
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Budgeting and financial management
  • Managing and mentoring new staff

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial waterproofing
  • Experience in a senior leadership position overseeing a large team
  • Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
