Seeking Procurement Specialist with experience in handling additional administrative duties and executive support-related tasks. Must be able to work independently and follow procedures. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenge of supporting a fast-paced IT office. Seeking an individual that will make sure each purchase is executed flawlessly, efficiently, and at the highest margins.

  • Assist finance in invoicing, collections, and bill review and pay
  • Organize finance and office operations and procedures
  • Approvals of Accounts Payables
  • Maintenance of Accounts Receivables
  • Assist relationships with vendors, service providers, and other partners
  • Procure all purchases, sourcing best prices, vendor management
  • Assist Sales with identifying services and product availablity
  • Complete repetitive work related to sales orders conversions to projects to invoicing
  • Maintain monthly and weekly standard operating procedures that support finance and procurement departments
  • Handle customer billing and invoice questions
  • Post all tech time and complete all invoicing to customers
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errands
  • Ship and receive all packages and mail
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
  • Maintain a clean and tidy office for the team
  • Oversee basic news and company information additions to company Intranet/SharePoint
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Assist remote HR in day to day assistance
  • Help with Crewhu employee engagement system with regular updates

Requirements:

Education: Associates/Technical school, or combination of education and experience


Experience: Previous Technical Knowledge or Supporting position in IT a plus. At least 3 years of experience/knowledge many of the following:

  • Procurement
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable
  • Office Management
  • Business Management
  • Assistant to C-level employee
  • Human Resource Generalist experience
  • Shipping, receiving, and procurement of product and supplies (including dropping off at vendor shipment hubs)

This is a fast-paced workplace


Successful candidate must be highly organized at email, chat, tickets, & follow-ups

Customer service experience

Email and Microsoft Applications experience

Working in a CRM, ERP, or Ticketing system

Experience in a technical industry, call center, NOC a plus

Vendor liaison support a plus

Knowledge of Cloud applications


Additional requirements:

  • Must be willing to commute to Erdenheim, PA (this is not a remote position). Some remote work available
