Job Description: Marketing Specialist - Luxury Custom Home Builder

About us:

We are a luxury custom home builder serving the San Antonio Texas area.

Our focus is on delivering exceptional-quality, custom homes that

reflect our client's preferences through a stress-free and enjoyable

building process. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and

creative Marketing Specialist to support our brand growth and elevation

efforts.

Position Overview:

As our Marketing Specialist, you will lead our brand awareness and media

outreach initiatives through a variety of traditional and digital

marketing strategies. You will have the creative liberty to create

marketing collateral and content that differentiates our brand identity,

positions us in front of the right audiences, and ultimately generates

lead generation and conversion. In this role, you will work directly

with the CEO and project managers to plan, execute and budget all

marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that raises

awareness of our brand that ultimately results in lead generation and

conversion.

- Manage content creation across all media platforms, including our

website, social media profiles, and other marketing collateral such as

flyers and brochures

- Lead advertising efforts across different channels, including digital ads, print ads, TV commercials, billboards, etc.

- Plan and budget for marketing initiatives and measure results based on specific KPIs

- Manage relationships with various media channels and co-branding partnerships

- Maintain company's marketing calendar and coordinate and attending marketing events

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience running marketing campaigns for a home builder or real estate agency.

- Expertise in traditional and digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

- Experience in planning, executing, and measuring tradeshow exhibits and events.

- Excellent creative writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

- Exceptional ability to present content, marketing metrics, and recommendations professionally to all levels of management

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
