The Role
As an Account Manager at Now Capital Partners, you'll serve as a key liaison between the firm and our clients, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by managing relationships, understanding their needs, and facilitating the delivery of our services. You'll play a vital role in identifying opportunities for business expansion, managing account budgets, and fostering long-term client partnerships. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through our suite of offerings and maximizing their value from our services.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal resources and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Conduct client meetings and research to gather necessary information, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Monitor account budgets and contribute to overall company profitability goals.
Facilitate training sessions (Roadmaps) as needed, ensuring clients are equipped with the knowledge to leverage our services effectively.
Represent Now Capital Partners at industry events and meetings as needed, cultivating new business relationships.
Review client deliverables for quality assurance, ensuring consistency in content, design, and presentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, both internally and externally, to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in client relationship management or account management roles.
Bonus Points
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
Experience with CRM software.
Sales or marketing experience in financial services or related industries.
